This document forms part of the final legal documentation package for the Boota Green Talent Academy and shall be applied in accordance with the Company’s actual operating model, processes and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
- processing applications to and selection for the Programme;
- organisation of training and assessment;
- communication with the Participant in relation to the Programme;
- documentation of Programme results;
- organisation of future recruitment processes where permitted by law or based on separate consent.
DATA PROTECTION
The Company shall process personal data only to the extent appropriate, necessary, lawful, and relevant to the stated purposes. The Company shall take appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction and shall retain such data only for the period necessary to fulfil the applicable purposes and legal obligations.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
Personal data may be transferred to third parties only where an appropriate legal basis exists. Any exchange of data with partner universities, mentors, governmental authorities or other organisations shall be carried out on a separate legal basis and only to the extent necessary.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
The use of the Participant’s image in photographs or video recordings made during Programme events for public communications materials shall be subject to separate consent.
